MCS Universal, Inc., a Vet-Biz Certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), was founded in 2010 by retired Navy fighter pilot Commander Scott R. Snow. The MCS Universal mission is to deliver innovative and disruptive technologies via proprietary global supply channels mapped to the warfighter mission specifications with subject matter expertise support and leadership.
The MCS Universal precision services and solutions are focused on technologies in the areas of Emergency Response and Safety, Energy, Environmental Protection, Personal Health, Wellness and Advanced Sciences.

LEADERSHIP

Scott R. Snow
FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Commander Snow spent twenty-one years on active service in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator. Highlights of CDR Snows Naval career include leading 32 F-14D aircrew in Combat operations at the start of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Head Landing Signals Officer. Upon retirement from the Navy, CDR Snow established MCS Universal a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Chris Wiseman
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Commander Wiseman spent twenty-five years as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy, accruing over 2,500 flight hours, including operations in Afghanistan. Prior to his retirement, he taught Strategy and Policy to graduate students from multiple government agencies, international partner militaries, and members of the armed services at the Naval War College.

Lisa Damuth Snow
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
Ms. Damuth Snow has provided marketing strategy and custom campaigns to include branding, public relations, creative direction and visual production services for twenty-five plus years. She brings her education in communications and visual production, along with her vast experience in the energy, aviation and technology industries, to MCS and all of their partners.
